Syfi is installed between two rain downpipe sections suitably sized.
Lower section inlet is placed at a higher level than box-shaped body bottom and is protected by a overturned cup-shaped tile whose shape adapts itself to siphon contours.
Rain water is collected in the box-shaped body forming a barrier water basin for the siphon, so odorous and corrosive gases rise from collection channels below is prevented.
